Update: Bunny died 
Dogs found this baby cottontail last night and spent a good half hour torturing it before we discovered them. Seems to be unhurt, but was/is in shock. 
- Last night, barely moving or breathing.
This morning, breathing evenly, more movement.
Still hasn't eaten or drunk water, but doing much better.
